The Leadership Process: Motivating Change (LPMC) is a premier education experience which profoundly introduces the critical steps to motivate oneself and others through any change. More than simply managing the operational or physical elements of a change, participants learn how all people process any change whether imposed or self selected. When attended to with appropriate timing and in proper sequencing, the actions of the change agent/leader can do much to influence customers, employees and stakeholders to embrace the change. Length of the Program: 1 1/2 DaysCost of the Program: $1,050 PLEASE NOTE: The location of this workshop has changed to Salt Lake City, UT. The workshop begins at 2PM on Thursday, March 11th. If traveling in from out of state, please plan a flight that arrives no later than 11:30AM into Salt Lake International Airport. The workshop ends at 4PM on the 12th.
