LPMC introduces the research and proven sequential processes that best facilitates the emotional transitions accompanying any change. A comprehensive Managers Guide provides the tools and skills to assist people in working through the dynamics of change. Although we cannot predict the speed with which individuals adapt to change, we can accelerate the process by applying the knowledge of The Change Cycle, ultimately decreasing time and productivity loss.
Length of the Program: 1 1/2 days If flying in to Southern California, you should book your flight into LAX Airport. The workshop begins at 2PM on Thursday the 10th so please plan travel accordingly.
Hotel price includes room, taxes, and the following meals: breakfast Thursday, lunch Thursday and Friday; dinner on Fridays; snack and beverages throughout. You will be responsible for paying the hotel rate and incidentals at the time of check-out. Please note: Because room rates are inclusive of meals during the workshop, if you will not be staying at the Portofino Hotel you will be billed approximately $85 per day for food costs after the workshop which will be invoiced by SSCA, not the hotel.
