If flying in to Southern California, you should book your flight into LAX Airport. The workshop begins at 7PM on Monday evening so please plan travel accordingly. 


Hotel Reservations
To benefit from SSCA's corporate discount rate with the hotel, please allow SSCA to reserve your hotel room for you. Reserving your own room incurs a costlier per night rate.

Hotel price includes room, taxes, and the following meals: breakfast and lunch Tuesday-Thursday; dinner on Wednesday; snack Monday evening and beverages. You will be responsible for paying the hotel rate and incidentals at the time of check-out.

To have SSCA reserve your room, please complete the Hotel Reservation section during the registration process.

Please note: Because room rates are inclusive of most meals during the workshop, if you will not be staying at the Portofino Hotel you will be billed approximately $95 per day for food costs after the workshop which will be invoiced by SSCA, not the hotel.
